Ordering

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment

  • We accept Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash and other Bank Transfer.
  • Your payment will only be processed once your order is dispatched.
  • All prices include applicable taxes.

Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days to return an item in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. You can request:

  2. A refund
  3. Store credit
