🔄 Returns & Exchanges – Modoly Store
At Modoly Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can easily return or exchange your items by following the steps below.
📝 1. Register Your Return
- Before sending back your package, please register your return using our Online Return Portal.
- You will need your Order Number (e.g. MD1000) and the email address used at checkout.
📧 2. Receive Return Instructions
- Once you have registered your return and provided the reason, you will receive an email with return instructions.
- The email will include the return address where you must ship your items.
📦 3. Dispatch Your Return
- Please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- The parcel must include the return form, which can be downloaded from our Return Portal.
Important:
- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and sent back to you.
💳 Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return it by following the process above and then place a new order for your desired item.
